Уведомление на основание чл. 19, пар.3 от Регламент (ЕС) № 596/2014
На основание чл. 19, пар.3 от Регламент (ЕС) № 596/2014 относно пазарната злоупотреба, „Скуеър Кюб Пропъртис АД” АД разкрива информация за получено уведомление по чл. 19, пар.1 от Регламент (ЕС) № 596/2014 от лице, тясно свързано с лице с ръководни функции за сключена сделка с акции на Дружеството, както следва:
На 07.12.2021 г. е получено уведомление от „ Грийн Таун Проджектс“ АД в качеството му на лице, тясно свързано с лице с ръководни функции, а именно: Тодор Димитров Тодоров – член на СД на „ Грийн Таун Проджектс“ АД и Член на СД на „Скуеър Кюб Пропъртис” АД. Уведомлението е за покупка на 34 000 (тридесет и четири хиляди) бр. акции на „Скуеър Кюб Пропъртис АД ” АД при цена 18.50 лв., с дата на сключване на сделката 07.12.2021г.

Pursuant to Art. 19, para 3 of Regulation (EU) № 596/2014 regarding market abuse, Square Cube Properties AD discloses information about a received notification under Art. 19, para 1 of Regulation (EU) № 596/2014 by a person closely related to a person with managerial functions for a concluded transaction with shares of the Company, as follows:
On 07.12.2021 a notification was received from Green Town Projects AD in its capacity of a person closely related to a person with managerial functions, namely: Todor Dimitrov Todorov - Member of the Board of Directors of Green Town Projects AD and Member of the Board of Directors of Square Cube Properties AD. The notice is for purchase of 34,000 (thirty four thousand) shares of Square Cube Properties AD at a price of BGN 18.50, with the date of concluding the transaction 07.12.2021.”
